3.4 Your tron66 Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

4.2 All transactions on tron66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at rates determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within your tron66 Account settings. tron66 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. tron66 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated during the withdrawal process; however, processing times may be affected by third-party payment providers.
4.5 tron66 will only process withdrawals to payment methods previously used to deposit or to verified accounts held in the same name as the registered tron66 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is mandatory. tron66 may request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions.
5.1 tron66 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 tron66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated.
5.4 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate tron66's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or any other deceptive practice — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
5.5 Bonus Funds expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your tron66 Wallet without notification.
6.1 All bets placed on tron66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. Game-specific rules are available within the tron66 platform for each product.
6.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the tron66 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as expressly permitted by the applicable game or sportsbook rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
6.3 In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error, tron66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the relevant Player's Wallet. tron66 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
6.4 For live sports betting, tron66's decision on the settlement of markets — including the determination of the final result for settlement purposes — is final and binding.

8.1 All content on the tron66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and databases — is the intellectual property of tron66 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tron66 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any tron66 content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tron66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9.2 tron66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 tron66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
10.1 tron66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at tron66.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 tron66 may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention agencies as required by law or our licensing obligations.

12.2 Upon termination of your Account, tron66 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your Wallet, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to tron66 and subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
12.3 Bonus Funds remaining at the time of termination are non-refundable unless termination was initiated by tron66 without cause.
12.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting tron66 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you have to tron66.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tron66's operating licence jurisdiction. By using the tron66 Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under our licensing framework for the resolution of any disputes.
13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game result, the decision of tron66 is final and binding, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described below.
13.3 To raise a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to tron66 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. tron66 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

14.2 Continued use of the tron66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as provided in Section 12.
